Spatulas should be functional and handy, yes. But shouldn't they look classy, too? Especially when used for serving food at the table? We think, they should. And this is why we developed the new handle series "TMT beech".
TMT stands for "thermally modified timbre". This means that the organic beech wood was treated with heat only to reduce the swelling possibilities of the wood and to improve the durability and the hygiene considerably. We want to point out that the beech wood itself originates from sustainably managed German forests.
The sophisticated look and feel of the TMT beech spatulas does come with the function-polished surfaces of the working parts. And they do not even look great - they perform perfectly: Creams, coatings and glazes can be applied smoothly and quickly thanks to these surfaces. The slightly sharpened front edges and the flexibility in the front makes it easy to pick up sensitive foods.
Currently 9 spatula are offered in the triangle^® TMT Beech handle series. And they are all 100 % made in Germany.

Thai knives are perfect free-hand tools for fruit and vegetable carving artists.They help to give structure and define areas that can be worked out with pre-shaped carving tools.


Due to the great demand of thai knives we now proudly present a new triangle® thai knife naturally "made in Solingen/Germany", featuring a flexible and razorsharp blade and an integrated marker tip. The blade is extremely flexible and thus can adapt to basically all carving materials and structures. Due to its special grinding the blade is fracture-proof and will perform the safest way possible. As the blade is ice-hardened it will always return to its original straight shape thanks to the convex cross-section. The integrated marker pin will help to pre-structure ornaments and to implement cutting lines. For a safe transport a storage tube is enclosed.

The triangle^® thai knife is a true alternative or amendment to the thai knife with 2 blades. It was developed in close cooperation with professional carving artists.

From 15th - 19th February 2013 we are ready to go again: The world's largest and most important consumer-goods fair opens its doors: the ambiente in Frankfurt/Germany. On approx. 330.000 square meters more than 4.500 exhibitors present themselves as well as their innovations to the public. Last year more than 147.000 visitors came to Frankfurt to retrieve information on trends and new products.

Pumpkin carving is heavily combined with Halloween in more and more countries. What a shame - as this vegetable is able to perform as perfect natural fall decoration.

All you need is a little fantasy, some natural materials and solid tools and ready you are for creating long-living and highly individual decoration objects for your garden, front door or balcony. Simple things like desserts, crèmes but also vegetable or fruit can be brought into exceptional shapes with the help of forming rings, for they give shape to un-shaped food. The heart of rice, the mousse flower, the vegetable square or the fruit tower can now give joy to body and soul and arise attention when being served. 

Forming rings can be used in a very flexible manner. They can even give a very special look to cakes as they can separate ornaments within a baked cake. For this you just need to set an oiled forming ring onto the flat dough on the baking tray and then color the interior of the forming ring with food color. After baking you just need to remove the forming ring carefully. A "heartily" idea made easy.

Quite some years ago we decided to celebrate christmas with triangle^® in its very original tradition, in the grace of charity and helping others. Since then our clients and commercial partners simply receive a christmas card noting amongst others the social project we decided to support this year.
For christmas 2011 we settled for a social project of the Christliche Entwicklungsdienst (Christian Development Service, CED) in Chennai/South India, (ex-Madras). The CED here supports a poorhouse that gives shelter to people that have been left behind by their families or that have no relatives any more. In India this very often means living and dying on the streets. At St. Joseph's House a shelter is given to these people including regular meals, medical care, clothes and - most important of all - human care.
We are very happy to make a contribution to implementing the new solar system at St. Joseph's House, which will make daily life much easier there.
